HATSWAT.EXE is published by The Lindy Effect ("we"). This policy covers the iOS, Android and web versions of the game.

What we collect

We do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or photos, and the game has no account system. Your scores and settings stay on your device.

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID or IDFA, if you allow it), IP address and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. On iOS you will be asked whether to allow tracking; if you decline, you still see ads that are not personalized. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we show Google's consent form before personalized ads. Purchases

The "Remove Ads" purchase is handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play or, on the web version, our payment processor. We never see your full payment details; we only receive confirmation that you own the purchase.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Retention and deletion

Uninstalling the app or clearing site data deletes all game data stored on your device. Email owner@thebestway.tv with any question or request.
