These terms cover the games YEET, HATSWAT.EXE and Open House Panic from The Lindy Effect, on this website and in the app stores. By playing, you agree to them.

The games

The games are free to play. Some features need a one-time purchase. We may update, change or retire a game at any time.

Two different purchases

Web unlock, $0.99. On thelindyeffect.com you can unlock the full version of one game in your browser for a one-time $0.99, paid through Stripe. It is saved in the browser you bought it in.

Remove Ads, $2.99. In the App Store and Google Play versions, "Remove Ads" is a separate one-time $2.99 in-app purchase, billed by Apple or Google. A web unlock does not carry over to the apps, and an app purchase does not carry over to the website.

Fair use

Please don't copy, resell or tamper with the games, or try to unlock paid features without paying.

No warranty

The games are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us.
